Pregnancy Massage
A therapeutic, remedial and relaxing massage treatment perfect for women in the second and third trimester of their pregnancy. Perfect Motion pregnancy massages are delivered to you while you are lying on your side on top of a 'cloud bed' of supportive pillows.
Pregnancy or pre-natal massage provides the perfect opportunity for mums-to-be to relax and bond with their baby. It can also soothe nerves, relieve tired muscles and help ease any discomfort you may be experiencing at this stage in your pregnancy.

Lowers stress hormones:
During pregnancy, stress levels commonly rise. Massage lowers stress hormones, which reduces anxiety, improves mood and can help aid sleep.
Increases circulation:
The hormone Relaxin causes a loosening of the musculoskeletal system, giving the joints the flexibility necessary for delivering the baby. Massage creates circulation around those joints easing discomfort.
Relieves muscular aches:
Relieves leg cramps, muscle stiffness, tension and knots. Pregnancy massage stimulates the flow of blood to these areas.
Reduces swelling:
Feet and ankles can become swollen due to extra pressure the uterus places on your legs. Pregnancy massage improves the circulation to these affected areas.
